INCI : Vetiveria zizanioides (Vetiver) root oil

Obtained by the steam distillation of the roots of the botanical grass, Chrysopogon zizanioides, our Vetiver can be traced back to source.  It has not been acetylated, a process that some Vetiver oils are exposed to.

The aroma from this pure essential oil is deeply earthy. Woody with a subtle smoky, sweet, herbaceous, and resinous undertone its complex, grounding and unique scent profile is invaluable.  Beginning with a sweet earthy note and developing into a rich, woody and herbaceous core with an underlying lingering smokiness.  

All essential oils should be diluted or incorporated into a formulation before use, not for direct application to the skin and are not suitable for consumption.
