Terms and conditions of sale

The following terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from bathandbodybase.com. To register on the site and to place orders with us you must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident.

We are a business-to-business sales platform.

By ordering goods from us you are considered to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is Bath and Body Base Limited (“we”, or “us”). Registered office: Unit 2A Laurel Way Industrial Estate, Bishop Auckland DL14 7NF, United Kingdom. Registered number 15418521 (England and Wales). UK . The prices shown are exclusive of any value added tax or sales tax, until checkout, where the current vat rate will be added. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. Any sales out of the UK are subject to VAT and/or import fees that are the responsibility of the purchaser. Our prices are wholesale and not direct to public; all sales are assumed to be in agreement under the Business-to-Business term.


If your goods are damaged, faulty, or undelivered as result of issues related to our returns policy you can request a refund. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.


Shipping will be calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your goods*.  We use Royal mail for mainland UK shipping for parcels up to 20kg. Over 20kg you will be able to select your preferred service via Fedex. In all cases, transit times shown are in addition to the time taken to pack and dispatch your order.

Customers in Northern Ireland, your shipping will be calculated by the system based on your postcode.  Orders under 20kg will ship via Royal Mail.

 *Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Isle of Man customers with orders over 10kg please note that you must select the shipping option named for your destination.  It will be visible on a drop-down menu alongside other options that may not be applicable, please choose carefully. If you don’t select the correct region, we will need to invoice the difference, and this will delay dispatch of your order. 

For all customers, we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier should this be required for operational reasons or to ensure the timely arrival of your goods.

If your delivery is seen to be damaged, please refuse delivery.  We will not be able to process a refund for goods signed for as damaged.

Representation of product appearance

We take great care with the images used throughout our marketing. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean that there is a difference in appearance between the product and the image/s you see. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions remain accurate. We may use stock images to represent some items for operational reasons. However, as the specifications and or appearance of some products may change, particularly from batch to batch when dealing with natural ingredients, we suggest that you contact us before ordering if this is of concern as returns are not accepted.
