Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy for UK clients.

Incorrect/faulty items.
If you have received either an incorrect or defective item, please email orders@bathandbodybase.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include the order number and a photo of the affected item/s. We will then arrange with you, a return/replacement/refund as appropriate. If your delivery is seen to be damaged, please refuse delivery.  We will not be able to process a refund for goods signed for as damaged.

Items ordered in error.
If you have ordered something by mistake, please email us at orders@bathandbodybase.com within 48 hours of receipt of your products. Please include the order number and details of the item/s affected. Incorrect item/s may be returned for a refund or replacement within 14 days provided that the goods remain in saleable condition, are unopened and in the original packaging with seals intact. We regret that we cannot refund any shipping in this case.
