10 Fold Lemon Essential Oil

Just some of the comments from the team when these absolutely gorgeous essential oils arrived as samples.  But if you want to know what the fuss is all about on a more technical level, read on.

Citrus essential oils are mainly folded (concentrated) using high vacuum fractional distillation. Monoterpenes such as limonene are partially removed during this process. This means that the limonene content is less than you'd find in standard grade citrus oils, with 10 fold oils containing less limonene than 5 fold essential oils.
The solubility in water increases and they also have a more concentrated fragrance as the level of other components such as citral and geraniol are increased with folding.

So! Elevate your products using folded Lemon essential oil, you really won't look back.  The aroma is distinct, you often won't need as much, and as the science says, they will last and in fact absolutely shine, where standard lemon can struggle to survive.
